after shutdown of TRIGA. The use of KUCA in Kyoto university
has many limitations.)

● Provide experimental research platform to graduate students

● Need an expert group to handle with sophisticated nuclear regulatory inspections put on university laboratories including radiational safety control

● Need a representative body to communicate with domestic and international organization

● Build up a university research infrastructure related to research reactors

● Work as a training center for reactor operators providing a chance to work with real hardware systems instead of simulators
